A Milkweed is presented above. So, you are looking for a yellow, high weed with wavy leaves. Of course, the park is full of various plants and weeds, so finding one without any hints, even when you know what it looks like, is quite difficult. We are here to help you, though. A good spot to find Milkweeds is south of the picnic table. Below we present a map with some of the spots.
However, finding the plant itself is not enough. You need to get to its seeds. If you are lucky, they will be already on the ground. If it is so, just melee it, for the shell to open and then use your Axe. Keep in mind that your omni-tool must be tier 2. You will need berries to upgrade it.
Now you will be able to get both Milkweed Tuft and Milkweed Chunk.
Milkweed Tuft is a material needed to craft Fuzzy Parka armor, which will protect you from cold. While you may use a torch to get the same effect, you need to hold it in one of your hands. It makes combat quite difficult, especially if you use a bow. So, in a long term, cold protective armor is superior.
Milkweed Chunk will unlock new look for the house parts. Now you will be able to craft white elements.
