Two days ago Land of War: The Beginning was supposed to be coming to Steam. However, at the last moment the launch was delayed. The reason for the situation was the presence of symbols banned by law in some countries. Yesterday, the game's developer - MS Games - issued a statement [in Polish] in which the exact situation is explained. However, we still do not know the new release date.
According to the information published in the message, MS Games has spent the last two days removing banned Nazi symbols from the game. The studio is also working on a patch that will restore the cut elements for players from countries where their presence is not banned. Currently, the title is waiting to be rechecked by Steam.
Land of War: The Beginning is an FPS set in the realities of World War II, inspired by such classics as Medal of Honor. During the game, we will take part in the events taking place in the initial phase of the conflict, in the years 1939-1940 in Poland. The game is the debut work of MS Games.
