This weekend we were able to watch the trailer dedicated to a new character that will be added to League of Legends - Bel'Veth. The heroine's presentation made quite an impression on the players. When the first gameplay footage appeared online, the community once again asked itself - did Riot Games overdid it again?
Although no gameplay is yet available on the official YouTube channel of League of Legends , as it happens on the Internet, players have their sources. Several videos presenting Bel'Veth on Summoner's Rift have appeared, and all of them, gathered together, you can see below.
What to expect from Bel'Veth
What definitely stands out above the general impression about the heroine is her exceptional mobility. Bel'Veth will be able to perform up to a dozen dashes in a row, which you can see below.
Players also did not expect Bel'Veth to be a character with a high attack speed. As we can see on the attached videos, the heroine, despite rather large size (her model is almost the same size as Herald) floods other champions with attacks.
Why didn't the players expect this? Well, on the aforementioned cinematic, Bel'Veth seemed like a rather slow, almost tanky character.
It's also worth noting that officially we don't know any skills of the heroine yet. As for unofficial sources, two weeks ago youtuber Big Bad Bear shared some leaks about Bel'Veth's skillset.
Of course, this information should always be taken with a grain of salt, The more so because what we can see in the gameplay videos is a bit different from the unofficially revealed skills.
OP or not OP?
With high mobility and overwhelming attack speed, Bel'Veth will definitely be a threat. However, what may slightly change her perception is the number of health points, which we will probably find out about when the heroine is officially presented.
What's more, the new patch 12.10, which will soon hit League of Legends, is expected to significantly slow down the gameplay. Given her current image, the update may also have an impact on how strong Bel'Vet will be. However, we can only speculate about the new champion from the Void.
