Lost Ark Can Boast Over 20 Million Players Worldwide

Lost Ark can boast an impressive player base. More than 20 million people around the world already play the MMO.

IN A NUTSHELL:
  • Amazon Games announced the current total number of Lost Ark players;
  • The MMO is already played by over 20 million people worldwide;
  • The developers have announced that the title will receive numerous updates in the future.

The fact that Lost Ark is extremely popular is clear as day. Just think about the queues on servers and the number of concurrent players.

In this regard, the game's last record, according to SteamDB, is 1.3 million players traversing the virtual world at the same time.

Some time ago Amazon Games also boasted that within three days of the game's release on the Western market Lost Ark has been played by 4.7 million new users.

That number doesn't stop growing and at this point the game boasts a base of 10 million active Western players. All over the world Lost Ark is played by more than 20 million people.

More updates and more content

The success was commented by Christoph Hartmann, deputy director at Amazon Games (via DSOGaming):

“Overall, the excitement surrounding Lost Ark from around the world is quickly gaining steam, as evidenced by the growing number of global players. Together with Smilegate, we are committed to supporting the growing community with a robust roadmap of updates in the years to come.”

Players can be sure that the creators will not forget about the game and will continue to develop it. We already know something about the first update mentioned by Hartmann.

The March update will introduce, among other things, a new story line and Abyss Raids to the game. More information about the new features can be found here.
