R6 Siege turns ten this year, and Ubisoft is celebrating the anniversary. Thanks to this, we now have the opportunity to get skins that have not been available in the game for years. One of these paintings is Aki no Tsuru.

Aki no Tsuru is back in R6 Siege

Aki no Tsuru is a really old seasonal weapon skin. It was available to purchase in-game in late 2016 and early 2017, during the Operation Red Crow. So, we are talking about fourth season of Year One, when Hibana and Echo were added to the game, as well as “everyone’s favorite” map – Skyscraper.

Afterwards, Aki no Tsuru was unavailable for a very long time. It changed in 2024 with the introduction of Marketplace, where players can trade skins. So, you could buy that skin from another person. However, its rarity made it really expensive. The situation is different now.

Two days ago, Operation Prep Phase started. The first season of Year Ten has a unique battle pass – most of its triers offer Celebration Packs. They contain many legendary skins from the previous seasons. Aki no Tsuru is one of them. You can obtain it by playing the game regularly and having some luck. Additionally, it is possible to improve your chances of acquiring this skin by purchasing Celebration Packs with Renown.

However, you must keep in mind that Aki no Tsuru is a really old seasonal skin. Before the update, you could only equip it on weapons that were in the game when this painting was first released. Currently, there is no information on whether it has been adapted to newer weapons with its re-release. Let’s hope that the answer is “yes”.
