Necromunda Hired Gun - 30 Minutes of Gameplay From Warhammer 40K FPS

Five days before the release of Necromunda: Hired Gun, a 30-minute gameplay showing the very beginning of the story has appeared online.

June 1, 2021 will see the release of a new game set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe, the dynamic FPS Necromunda: Hired Gun from French studio Streum On. Right now, however, you can watch a gameplay video presenting the very beginning of the game, lasting exactly 25 minutes and 22 seconds, which may convince you (or not) to buy the title. Here it is.

The gameplay looks fast and brutal, at first glance resembling the action from Doom: Eternal. The main character uses a grappling hook to swiftly move between enemies, finishing them off with gory finishers. Unlike the Slayer from id Software's game, however, the character can wall run, and in he uses the help of a robot dog in combat against various mutants. The dismemberment of enemies screaming in French is accompanied by heavy, fitting music.

Developers of Necromunda: Hired Gun assure that in their game we will unlock a lot of weapons and modifications to them, which will enable us to gradually move to higher and higher difficulty levels. Fans of demanding challenges should not complain about boredom. If you are one of such people, or simply have enjoyed the gameplay above, you can buy the game published by Focus Home Interactive with a 15% discount on Steam and GOG. Nothing stands in the way of waiting for the first reviews either, as the deal will be valid until June 10. Xbox owners, however, can take advantage of the discount until the day of release, on PlayStation we have to pay the full price.

Necromunda: Hired Gun will be released on PC, XONE, XSX|S, PS4 and PS5. You can watch the game's latest trailer below, and learn more about it here.
