New Teaser for Sonic 3 Movie Reveals Premiere Date

The latest movie adaptations of the iconic game were initially met with a lot of criticism. Fans were most uncomfortable with the appearance of blue protagonist. However, the creators listened to the audience and redesigned the hedgehog accordingly. How will it be for the upcoming installment in the series? What do we know about it? What are the expectations for Sonic 3?

The first installment of the new Sonic movie premiered on January 25, 2020. Almost four years have passed since then, and in the meantime the famous hedgehog has lived to see a sequel. The title character's voice is still lent by Ben Schwartz, who has been active in the world of dubbing for more than a decade.

Sonic was liked by the fans, but for critics it was just mediocre. The cast included such movie stars as James Mardsen and the now legendary Jim Carrey. For movie critics it was not enough, but in terms of box office it looked really good.

Thus, in March 2022 we received a continuation of the adventures of Sonic and Tom Wachowski. Idris Elba joined the cast as Knuckles, and in terms of ticket sales and online ratings the movie surpassed all expectations. At this point we know quite a few details about the third installment about the deeds of the charismatic hedgehog.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 will appear in theaters quite late. The world premiere of the movie will not take place until December 20, 2024. However, we still do not know which actor would lend his voice to Shadow. Will a world-famous persona be involved in this case as well? Let's hope so!

In the movie we will again hear the voices of Ben Schwatrz and Idris Elba, and among the actors we will see James Mardsen.
