New Gameplay From Saints Row Shows Off Whacky Side Activities

The release of the latest installment of the peculiar action game series Saints Row is fast approaching. On this occasion, the developers have released a gameplay, showing the multitude of destruction that will await the fans.

Volition, studio responsible for such classics as Freespace or Red Faction, after nearly five years since the release of the coldly received Agents of Mayhem returns with the well-known Saints Row series.

The game, which will be released later this summer - on August 23, will be a prequel to the series, and at the same time its soft reboot. This time, fans of smashing will go to the fictional Santo Ileso and take part in the birth of the title gang.

What is certain is that creators will not spare us silly tasks, filled to the brim with fast-paced action. Transporting green, toxic ooze, insurance fraud, shootouts (beware - the death toll is high), flying in a wingsuit or deliberately falling under speeding vehicles are just a drop in the ocean of attractions that await us in the new edition of Saints Row.

You can see all these whacky situations in the gameplay below, published yesterday by IGN.

Those who made it to the end of the footage will probably agree with me that there is no shortage of craziness on the scale of previous parts. We will find out how the final product will present itself in a little over a month, on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One or Xbox Series S/X..
