Star Citizen - Empty Friends List; How to Fix It?

Star Citizen is a game that is still in the development stage. So it's not surprising that bugs are still appearing. One of them is the "vanishing" friends list. Below you will find tips on how to solve this problem.

An empty friends list can be problematic.

If the bug occurs, when you launch the game you will not be able to see who is currently in the game, let alone communicate with them. If you want to regain social functions, you will have to eliminate this problem. The bug with the disappearing friends list can be fixed in two ways.

1. When you open mobiGlass and select the Commlink menu, you may find that the friends list is completely empty. The easiest way to regain it is to relaunch the game. So you have to log out, return to the main menu and log back in. Then the error should fix itself.
2. If the error persists then a better option is to delete the "USER" folder. It is located in the ".../StarCitizen/LIVE/" path. After deleting it, you have to launch RSI Launcher and download the relevant files again. Unlike the previous method, this way is more comprehensive and should permanently eliminate the error.
