Hearing the news that Starfield will run on the Xbox Series X at 30 frames per second, one could begin to worry about the performance of Bethesda's upcoming game on PC - even if its system requirements listed on Steam did not seem high. Today AMD published slightly more detailed system configurations - specifically, its own models of processors and graphics cards -. recommended for playing Starfield on PC at 1080p, 1440p and 4K resolutions. You can get acquainted with them below.

As a reminder, I'll add - citing the aforementioned requirements from Steam - that you'll also need:

  1. 16 GB of RAM;
  2. 125 GB of SSD disk space;
  3. 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.

Starfield will be released on September 6, 2023 on PC and XSX/S. At launch, the game will also be available on PC/Xbox Game Pass, the first month of which can once again be purchased for just $1.
