Steam May Refresh Hubs - New Look Found in Files

A new look of the so-called hubs, i.e. subpages of the platform presenting different groups of games, has been found in Steam's files. So far it is not known if and when they will be officially refreshed.

From time to time, file sharers come across interesting things in Steam client's data. Suffice it to mention that they managed to find information about the Steam Deck console nearly two months before the official announcement. This time, one of them - Pavel Djundik, known primarily as the creator of the SteamDB website - came across something a bit more modest, though also interesting. We are talking about refreshed appearance of the so-called hubs on Valve's platform. Here they are:

What are hubs? They are subpages on Steam that showcase different types of games, such as those currently offered as part of a major sale, those belonging to specific genres, or those that occupy a place on the bestseller list. Interestingly, Djundik reported about Valve's plans to refresh this element of the platform client back in March.

Unfortunately, so far we do not know when and if the described facelift will officially appear on Steam, as we have not received any official confirmation at this point.
