Since its last update, Mass Effect: Andromeda is no longer protected by Denuvo. BioWare hasn't shared any announcement on that move, so we can't be 100% sure it was intentional.

BioWare isn't giving up in their struggle against pirates. The studio decided to update Denuvo anti-tamper technology for Mass Effect: Andromeda to the latest version, only used by a couple of games.
