The Bazaar open beta release time is near. Be prepared for server issues
Open beta of The Bazaar is upon us. Here you will learn when it will become available for everyone. Be warned about possible server issues though, as they are expected.

After 4 months of closed beta, anyone interested in a game created by the legendary Hearthstone player, Reynad, will be able to finally give it a go for free in an open beta. While there is still work to be done, the developers are confident that now it’s the time to make The Bazaar available for a wider audience. Since the access will be virtually unrestricted, Tempo Storm expects many interested fans to try it out. And as with great power comes great responsibility, thus with great activity comes server issues. If that doesn’t scare you and you still want to stroll through The Bazaar as soon as possible, here you will also learn when the open beta starts.
The Bazaar open beta release time
Betas are periods in game development that let creators balance out the gameplay and smooth out any possible problems that might occur in the full release. The Bazaar is just finishing its closed beta cycle to enter a new, open for everyone round of tests. When will it become available, though?
According to the tweet shared on game’s official X account, open beta will go live right after the new patch on 05-Mar-2025 at 5:00PM UTC. This translates to the following:
- Los Angeles – 05-Mar-2025, 9AM PST,
- New York – 05-Mar-2025, 12PM EST,
- Rio de Janeiro – 05-Mar-2025, 2PM BRT,
- London – 05-Mar-2025, 5PM GMT,
- Berlin – 05-Mar-2025, 6PM CET,
- Beijing – 06-Mar-2025, 1AM CST,
- Tokyo – 06-Mar-2025, 2AM JST,
- Sydney – 06-Mar-2025, 4AM AEDT.
Please, bear in mind that the times above relate to the patch starting time, and the open beta will begin after the patching process is completed. The update can take some time, so don’t be surprised that you cannot enter the game at the very hour mentioned above.
Server issues expected in The Bazaar open beta
Since The Bazaar has still ways to go, it is expected that there will be issues, especially if there will be an influx of new players who want to check the free, open beta version of the game. Reynad himself warns about possible server instability in the early hours after the title becomes available for everyone.
Server infrastructure is a known challenge that the Tempo Storm is constantly working on improving. To verify whether there are issues with that, you can enter title’s official Discord server and check the icons on the channels’ name in “The Bazaar: server status” section, which correspond to your region.
However, in this production desync problems and disconnections have less severe consequences than in games like Hearthstone, since The Bazaar features asynchronous PvP. It means that you will be able to simply jump back into the game without losing progress or any penalty, since you are effectively fighting “ghosts” of other players. In worst case scenario, you can be taken aback several hours (rounds) in a game day, to the time when the last successful synchronization between your computer and the game servers happened.
Be warned though, as this production has tendency to bug out sometimes, leading to unexpected, and weird behavior during the run. If something odd happens to you, the best thing to do in such a scenario is to quit to the main menu and then continue the run. It solves most of the production common problems. Have fun!
