Developers of The Finals can talk about a success, at least initial. Hundreds of thousands of players want to test the game, especially that it is free to play. What is more, many gamers believe that the title is quite good. However, numerous fans point out that the movement speed is much slower than in betas. Is it true that developers “nerfed” it? Let’s find out.

The Finals – Movement Speed Fix

There is no arguing, the character movement speed seems a lot slower than in betas. Many players acknowledge the fact and complain about it. However, was it really nerfed? This is not so clear.

At the moment, The Finals has different default FOV setting than it used to have. It means that speed feeling has also changed. There is a simple fix for that, just temper with this option. Many players recommend it and state that it will solve the problem with movement speed.

To do that, you should go to the game Settings and enter Video tab. There, find Field of View slider in Graphics section. Temper with it until you get an accurate value for your gameplay preference.

Remember that our brains can work in mysterious ways, and perspective is a key factor in many things.
