Creators of The Last of Us TV Have Chosen Their Abby

Craig Mazin, co-creator of The Last of Us TV, recently gave an interview to The Hollywood Reporter. From the words of the screenwriter, it can be concluded that the creators of the well-received HBO show have already chosen the actress who will play the controversial character - Abby. The filmmaker was asked directly whether this role has already been cast. Here is his answer:

Abby is a member of the Shining, who will join the ranks of the characters in the upcoming season. The character stirred strong emotions among fans of the original game. For fear of spoilers, however, we will not reveal details.

An online tipster, whose reports have often been verified, claims that the actress chosen for the role of Abby is Shannon Berry, known from Hunters and The Wilds. Due to strikes in Hollywood, we will have to wait a little longer for official confirmation.

Recall that the news of the casting of the controversial character is not the only information that Craig Mazin recently surprised the fans with. The filmmaker also revealed that he plans to shoot three to five seasons of The Last Of Us, but considers four to be the most appropriate number.
