Although Ready or Not is currently facing harsh criticism for censorship and a drop in graphics quality on PC, the Void Interactive studio's shooter has reached an important milestone.
It might seem like Void Interactive, the creators of the online shooter game Ready or Not, are in a tough spot. They have recently been hit by a wave of criticism, and players are not hiding their disappointment with the latest changes.
One of the main complaints from the community is the introduction of censorship in the game as part of a recent update. However, that's not the end, since the launch of the title on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, players of the PC version have started to notice a significant drop in graphics quality.
Many threads have been created on Reddit comparing the current version of the game to the one before the console release. The console version of the game has made a significant contribution to this result, reaching 2 million people already. What's important, selling a million copies on PS5 and XSX/S took only 3.6 days. Just to compare, it took about 36 days to achieve the same milestone in the PC version.
However, the devs claim that they don't remain indifferent to the voices of the community. The game received a small update yesterday, which, according to the developers, focuses on "priority issues" and prepares the title for a larger patch, planned for next week.
Among the most interesting changes are fixes related to the lobby meant only for friends. Besides, the latest patch fixes, among others:
