Currently working on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and a Star Wars game, Ubisoft's studio Massive Entertainment will soon lose its head David Polfeldt.
Known, among other titles, from the Tom Clancy's The Division series, team at Massive Entertainment will soon lose its head - David Polfeldt.
Polfeldt initially planned only a six-month break, after which he was to "start a new adventure" at the studio owned by Ubisoft, but changed his mind and at the beginning of the year informed the publisher of his intention to leave.

Ubisoft hasn't had a good streak recently. The company has been struggling with an exodus of employees and then there's the scandal related to employee discrimination.
These problems, however, mainly involve the publisher's Canadian studios. Until now, it has been quiet about any trouble in the Swedish branch of Massive Entertainment, so it is difficult to say whether things are bad in that team as well.
Recall that the latest game from the studio, namely Tom Clancy's The Division 2, debuted in March 2019 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The PC version is available only in Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store.
