P5X is available on PC, Android and iOS. Can we expect ports for Xbox, PS5 and Switch, though?
Persona series fans should be pleased. Spin-off of this popular jRPG series, Persona 5: The Phantom X, was launched today. This game offers some well-known for fans mechanics like classroom questions and turned-base combat. But at the same time, it is a free to play production with gacha elements. Sadly, P5X is only available on platforms where this genre seems to be the most popular – PC and mobiles. But what about consoles like Xbox, PS5 and Switch?
Persona 5: The Phantom X was released on PC (via Steam) and mobile devices. It’s a free-to-play game, so you can check it out without spending any money. However, I know that there are many die-hard console players. So, what about them? Let's take a closer look at the situation.
Of course, this information is very vague and at this point not much is known. However, there is hope. Of course, when (or if) that P5X port will be released, we can assume that it will be available on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. At the same time, not many gacha games are released on Switch at all. So, the chances that the game will launch on Nintendo consoles are quite small.
As a last resort, you may try Persona 5 X on PC. System requirements aren’t that high. So, the game should work even on older computers.
