Here’s the first look at the new Witcher book cover. Crossroads of Ravens will land in stores soon.
Only a bit over three months to go until the new Witcher book launch worldwide. Crossroads of Ravens is hitting shelves on September 30, and we finally got a look at the US cover. It features a sharp-looking young Geralt, his new mentor Preston Holt, and a mysterious woman whose name we’ll learn soon.
In case you didn’t know, Crossroads of Ravens dives into Geralt’s early days, fresh out of Witcher school. So don’t expect anything tied to the games, though I hope we might get a glimpse of some familiar characters, just younger versions. I don’t think we’ll get to read about Yennefer, since they met much later.
The book's already been released in Poland, and while some fans say Sapkowski isn’t quite at his peak, he still delivers a solid story. If you’re a Witcher fan, it’s pretty much a must-read.
Here’s the latest scoop on the upcoming The Witcher 4. We talked about how Ciri’s combat style will be different from Geralt’s, the plan to have Ciri as the main character, and what CD Projekt RED hopes to accomplish with their new game.
David French is handling the English translation of The Witcher: Crossroads of Ravens, so we can expect the same great attention to detail and quality work as with the other books. Publisher Orbit is behind the hardcover design, and once again, they nailed it. So if you’ve got other volumes from them, this one will fit right in with your collection. You can grab it from the official source or retailers like Walmart, Amazon, or Target – all for the same price of $30.
If you’re curious about what the very first Witcher comic cover looked like, here’s a sneak peek – but fair warning, it’s a lot to take in.
I just know that once the book’s finally out and I’ve got it in my hands, I’m going to start craving a young Geralt game. Plus, another book following older Ciri’s adventures – if you’ve read the saga, you know Geralt wasn’t the only main character there.

Been with gamepressure.com since 2019, mostly writing game guides but you can also find me geeking out about LEGO (huge collection, btw). Love RPGs and classic RTSs, also adore quirky indie games. Even with a ton of games, sometimes I just gotta fire up Harvest Moon, Stardew Valley, KOTOR, or Baldur's Gate 2 (Shadows of Amn, the OG, not that Throne of Bhaal stuff). When I'm not gaming, I'm probably painting miniatures or admiring my collection of retro consoles.
