It’s Friday, so as every week, it is time to answer some Buzzwords in Cookie Jam. After last week’s culinary theme, this time we are answering mixed questions. Although it is not the only plant from which flour can be made, wheat is definitely the most popular one. There are various kinds of flour depending on its protein content, and they are used for slightly different things. Some of them are better used to bake bread, others are well suited to be ingredients in cakes.
