You can sneak into the cottage immediately, or clear the area beforehand

The Collectible Card is inside one of the cottages in the Northern village, i.e. the one that neighbors the first rocket launcher that you encounter. You need to watch out, because the buildings here are being guarded by several enemy soldiers.

Ransack the appropriate cottage

The Collectible Card is hidden in one of the cottages in the village in the center of the map. The cottage itself is empty, but the area that is being watched, by the enemy soldiers quite well.

Card 3/3

explore the building carefully to find the card

The Collectible Card is inside one of the buildings in the South-Eastern part of the map. The building is located close to the second rocket launcher and the spot, where the enemy tank originally appears.
