Part 1/2

The camp

The enemy with the first part is patrolling the small encampment. It is located in the central part of the map, to the South of the tower with the spotlight. Try to get him where the attack, and searching the body will not be spotted.

Note - if you want to, you can use the binoculars to find the soldiers (e.g. after you take your position in a watchtower).

Part 2/2

Eliminate both of the enemies- one of them has a part on him

The enemy with the second part is staying in the Western part of the fort. By default, he is being accompanied by another soldier so, it is best to use a suppressed weapon, or a grenade, to eliminate both of them. After you do that, search both corpses to find the part on one of them.

Note - if you are not careful enough, the soldiers of that group may start patrolling the fort.
