Katy gives you a main quest of preventing crisis in AG Center and helping make a cure for infection. You've to bring her at least 10 parts of pods, fungicide from cellar also turn off an irrigation system in west and east fields.

Access to antenna will be unavailable until you turn off an irrigation system on east and west fields. After you do that use a Repeater Unit form your equipment to mount it and call to Vargas by radio to tell him about your success.
After your helping to dr Lawson to create an antidotum to infection and turning off irrigation system on east and west fields, you can pour a serum, to heal an AG Center.
Forrestal is going a little shoop. For addition he's got a lot of information abou past events in AG Center and world. For example he can tell you where the Rail Nomads Camp is (if you didn't get this information before from map next to Ace's body). He tell you also about trader, who can be connected to Aces death. Forrestal is infected and will change into pod-infected creature unless you won't help Kathy to create a serum.
Attacked scientists by insects and pod-people. What's more surrounded by a lot of pods. Going straight to field is usless. The best way to rescue them is to go from the back (passage through corridor leading to cellar and destroy doors on your right using Brute Force skill) and shoot from safe distance (sniper-rifle, machine gun)to one target. All enemies should focus on your team on approaching them. Try to shoot pod-people, because they are exploding and can inflict damages to other creatures Be careful to not harm scientists.
Julio is attacked by his own rabbits. If you've a Animal Whisperer skill, then you can try to calm them down. In other way you'll be obligate to kill them.
He'll be trapped in branches. If you'll try talk to him - he'll die. You can rescue him by using Surgery or Outdoorsman or by leaving him for now, and later by pouring a serum into irrigation system.
Rachel'll transform into pod-infected creature, when you pass her. Then when you find here a Ryan, who will come here from the East fields and you did tell him that Rachel is alive - he'll be angry with you. You can cheer him up with dialogue options and he will be able to heal you from wounds.
On beds are laying wounded scientists, whose survived. You can help them a little using on them a Surgery skill.
Code - 85303. Can get it from Rose, whose opens doors if in your team. Alternativly you can use Computer skill, to hack the door.

Key code to safe is 80085. Matt tell you that, when you help to make cure for infection and rescue him. In safe you'll find Matt's trinket giving you +1 to Strenght.

It is where the main part of the area is. The Ag center has been divided into 5 locations:

  • the exterior fields that you crossed to walk inside;
  • the main complex where there are, among others, descent to the basement and the relay that you need to mount a Repeater Unit onto;
  • the basement with the fungus plantation;
  • the Eastern and the Western fields that provide an easy access to the basement, where there are the irrigation pumps for the entire facility.

Right after you enter, you encounter doctor Lawson, who explains the situation. The access to the relay (this is where you need to mount the Repeater Unit) is currently being blocked off by the mutated plants so, you will have to activate the irrigation system, before you use it. Apart from that, the infection is ravaging the complex, spread by the exploding Pods. If any party member is infected and you do not want them to die, you need to help develop the antidote. Otherwise, you can limit your actions to mounting the Repeater Unit and leave the Ag center up to its fate. If you want to help, you need to bring 10 specimens of the burst Pods. Remember not to approach them and destroy them with one shot, from a safe distance. You will find lots of Pods all around this location so, be careful while heading ahead. It is best to highlight the area at all times (by default, with the Z key). After you have collected all of the fragments, you still need Fungicide from the basement and the pumps to be activated. You will then receive the cure for the infection, which you will be able to use to treat the infected members of your party.

At first, moving around the Main Complex is difficult, because there is only one way available to you, straight ahead. To explore the rest of the complex, you need to open the airlocks. You can do that by using the Computer Sciences skill, or by obtaining the codes from Rose.
