If you talked to Matt about Ace, from Skinner you'll know about dealer in Rail Nomads Camp, who can have something in common with death of Ranger. Skinner wants to take him safe on the surface. If you agree, he'll be follow. Go with him to stairs leading upstair.
Trapped in plants, you can free him using Surgery or Outdoorsman skill.

Poisonous gas affects and hurts team members which are in area of influence. You can get rid of it, if you turn all five fans. Alternatively you can just running through tunnels and ignore gas.
Located in on of the glass containers. You can take it using Outdoorsman skill. It heals every desease (without pod-infection!). You can mix it with Green Herb, which is in the same room, to make mix restoring about 80 points of CON (mix requires 5 level od Medic skill to use).

If you wanna get rid off poisonous gas you have to:
1. Send one character to three switches with are on the wall near entrace into tunnel, and make sure, that every three are turned off.
2. Send someone with Brute Force skill to broke doors and close them by force.
3. Send someone to second switches in tunnel (you have to destroy plants on a fan to make possible it to turn).
4. Turn on all 5 fans (three switches near entrace and 2 further).
5. Open side tunnel connecting both rooms with switches (it won't opens, if you didn't close doors from point 2).
You'll find it near dead body on the floor.
Shoot in bush, and use Brute Force to get inside.
Not to pass, until you won't turn off irrigation system.
In tunnels there's poisonous gas - you can get rid of it by turning fans situated in two endings of tunnels.
Turn it on, to clean gas. You can turn it later again, to unlock tresspass.
Use on it Computer skill, to unlock tresspass to the nex part of tunnel. If you're not ablot to do this - you have to go through cave with pods and creatures.
In the corners of this room you'll find a safe and the chest, containing magnetic cards to west and east part of the complex.
Not to pass, until you won't turn off irrigation system.

You reach the basement by crossing the main complex. Next to the entrance, there is a control panel for three air locks. The Southern leads up to the mushroom caves where, among others, you can find the Fungicide that you need to develop the cure for the infection. In the mushroom caves, there are lots of Pods so, be extremely careful.

The Western airlock leads out to the Western field and the Eastern one to the Eastern field. It is in the fields that you find the pumps of the irrigation system, which you need to deactivate. Also, you need to watch out for the toxic fumes in both tunnels. Either activate air conditioning in both passages or run through, to reach the exit (it is enough to run through with one character - the entire party will get to the fields automatically). The threat is not great here, because the poison deals little damage - 1 CON point every several seconds, but at this point into the game, you need each and every CON point. Apart from that, the poison replenishes quickly, so even the toughest of your characters may lose much health.
