You can find there bird poo and sell it in Stronghold for good money.
You can destroy it with granate for example, if you don't care about AG Center. Better way is to repair system with floating regulator, which you'll find in the barn near by.

Sue's dying. To rescue him you've to use Surgery skill on him. With dialogue options you'll get from him that he has send ill pigons to three locations (if Sue's dead you'll get those information from analyzing her stuff). If you helped Kathy Lawson make the cure, then you can go to those places (number 2 on World Map), to rescue them (you need to pour serum into water tanks in every location; there'll be a lot of pod-infected). When after crisis you'll go back to Sue he'll give you an armour +2.
He'll tell you some interesting facts about Sue and whole crisis. With additional use of Kiss Ass skill (2 level) you can encourage him to help your team with killer rabbits in the west fields.
You want pass it until you turn off irrigation system.
You can dig it up with shovel. You'll find there an Axe, which you can bring to Citadel's museum.
A lot of bunnies. Even their are pretty weak - they're very fast, so try to kill them quickly. You can use help of Honeydrew Lewis standing nearby.
Here you'll find a Rose's nootebook, in which you'll find an informations about her, that she was a Guardian of the Old Order member (it isn't a quest item and informations are only curious detail).

The most important structure here is the pump of the irrigation system, which you need to deactivate to gain access to the tower at the main complex. In here, there are lots of mutated rabbits that you need to face up against. You can use the help from Honeydew Lewis.

In here, there also is a grave with an axe inside, which you can take to the museum at the Citadel as well as the dying Sue, who you can save with the Surgeon skill. from Sue you will receive a quest to save the nearby locations, on the world map, which he infected with his pigeons, but for that, the cure needs to be developed first.
