Graves of guardians. Here you'll start your conversation with general Vargas. He'll give you two quests: 1. Find Repeater Units, which Ace had with him (main quest) and 2. Find Ace's journal. Both missions can be completed in the Radio Tower area.
Beside, near the grave is laying shovel which allows you to dig in dirt piles and graves. You can at once try to dig up Ace's grave, but Vargas at the others won't be pleased... When you return to this location Vargas won't be here anymore, so you can dig safely (if you have in your party Angela Deth, make her standing far enough from the grave or else she will turn against you).
You won't be able to get into, until you'll be done with quests at Radio Tower. However if you've in your team someone with Smart Ass or Hard Ass skill, you can convice guard to give you a nice shotgun "Missisipi Mule" with ammunation. This option is avaiable only at the beggining of the game, so it's not bad idea, to have someone with one of those negotiation skill.
Don't choose suggestion of getting inside by force. Rangers will turn against you and you'll quickly finish your adventure.
Angela - the character from the Wasteland 1. You can talk to her about what happened from 15 years ago. If you've in your team someone with Perception, then you'll notice her tatoo, about which you can ask. Angela wants to join your party. She's very good at the beggining (high level) but she won't be in the team for all the time, so you'll waste much experience points to her. However she'll make play easier and more pleasant. When you have Angela in the team and you'll go back to Vargas, he'll ask what she's doing with you. If you tell him true, Vargas'll order Angela to stay in Citadel.
Ashley Brygo, La Roca i Rook. They are "reserve" guardians, which you can join to your team. Mainly they are pretty weak, because they're starting at 1st level of experience.
Capral Solveig Sefors is the only one who offers armours and ammunation to sell in the first part of the game. You can restock in here until you gain access into Citadel.
You can give him a spray paint, which you'll find in the Toaster in the Radio Tower area.

You start the game close to the Ranger Citadel's entrance. Here, your party receives the first quest from Vargas- find Repeater Units and mount them onto the radio towers around. Also, you will find Angela Deth here, who you can include in the party, for greater firepower. The entrance to the Citadel remains locked, up until you mount the first Repeater Unit in Highpool or Ag center. You can try and enter the Citadel forcibly, but at this stage of the game, this simply ends in the massacre of your people and the end of the game.

From the local merchant, you can buy your first level 2 Rad Suits (you will then be able to explore areas of radiation levels 1 and 2, without losing your health so, it is a good idea to buy them quickly).

The guard at the gate, Nur Giebitz, refuses to let you in until you prove your worth by completing the first quest. However, you can use negotiation to convince him to help you - you will receive, from him the unique Missisipi Mule shotgun and some ammo.

In the Director's Cut edition, past Khass Tetem you find a shooting range. The entrance there is through the locked gate. Use Safecracking to open it. Inside, you find two crates of weapons and ammo. The first one is on the left, among crates and tarpaulins. The other one is on sandbags, next to the hole on the right. If necessary, zoom in and you will see it.
