You should deal with the boss's minions first. They are a significant hindrance, especially when they use hacking. However, they don't have a lot of health, so killing them should be quick.

The best way to defeat the boss is to keep moving. 438 Hung is slow, and shooting the boss will make the boss even slower. A weapon with a large magazine will work great here. You only need to be careful of the boss's two abilities - a lunge towards the player and ground slam that creates a ranged attack.
