The Ascent: Character appearance - how to change?
You start The Ascent by creating your character - you can customize the hairstyle, skin color, or gender. However, this is not a permanent choice - you can change the appearance of the character at any time. On this page of the guide, you will learn how to change the appearance of your character.
How to change the character's appearance?
After reaching the city (i.e. after completing the prologue), find the blue DNA icon on the map and go to this place. You will find the icon around the pistol and hammer icon.
You will reach the place visible in the above picture - a building with the "Crafting" text. Go inside.
Use the interaction button (next to the chair) and open the Biology tab. Here you can change all the characteristics of your character, including gender. Moreover, this process is free.
