Way to unlock: Collect the map in the Watcher's Reach

The map in the refugee cave

Once you get to the Watcher's Reach, take a look around for a small shack, inside of which there is a map on the ground (M17,5). Collect it and get to the spot near a rift (M17,5a). On the big, slanting stone there, there is a buried treasure with a legendary item.
