Dragon Age Inquisition: Words Not Hollow
Way to unlock: Talk to a woman lying on the ground.
Quest giver: Infected woman (M15,21)
On a hill, near one of the cages with prisoners, you will find an infected woman. Talk to her and she will ask you to place a letter inside a tree by the river.
The tree is in fact a big fallen branch located near the bridge (M15,21a). This is where you should place the letter, as the woman requested.
