Burning Rubber | Side quests - The Gas Station

How to unlock: Examine a poster at the Gas station.

Difficulty level: easy

Rewards: 2000 experience points (Driver), unlocks races, new painting for the dune buggy.

Reach checkpoints

Talk to Bilal about the discovered poster and you will learn about an idea of organizing a series of car races. After the conversation, leave the Gas station and take your car to the starting line of the first race. Before you begin the race, make sure that you have enough fuel and that your vehicle does not need repairing.

In order to win, you must reach all of the checkpoints in less than 3 minutes 20 seconds. As soon as the race begins, focus on getting to every checkpoint as quickly as you can. Use nitro to help yourself but be careful not to rollover or hit an indestructible obstacle. Once the race is over, get back to Bilal. From now on, you can look for other posters scattered around and use them to take part in other races.

Note - If you want to obtain all of the achievements/trophies of The Following expansion, you need to beat the time trial at the first attempt (i.e. make it within the time limit of 3:20). Only then do you receive the It wasn't that hard, was it? trophy. If you do not want to take your chances, before you start, make a backup copy of the current game save.
