In Fall Guys, a standard match lasts less than a minute. There is an exception of longer races taking place on trap-filled courses. So whether you'll manage to get the crown and win this unusual battle royale in five minutes, depends mostly on the type of minigame you've drawn.
Fall Guys are "tictac-like" characters that rival in various competitions which are modeled on a popular entertainment program from Japan. At the time of the premiere, this production was very popular – no wonder that people thought this format would replace battle royale. However, nothing of the sort happened, and Fall Guys lost momentum for a while, only to have a minor revival in the second (and subsequent) season.
Today, this production yearns for the days of its highest popularity. Nevertheless, the Steam stats show that approximate 2,5 thousand players play this title at the height of activity. Still, a single round of Fall Guys may be a great idea to fill up a five minute break. The heart of this game is competing with other players, and there is a large choice of game modes, such as races through obstacle courses with the option to eliminate the weakest players after each lap, and among the modes, there are e.g. deadly memory game or football. And the game is completely free, and this is one of the biggest incentives to try out what Fall Guys really is.
