How to extract information from the wounded soldier?

The Knight of the Cart quest will start immediately after the previous mission is completed. Go to the tavern in the Camelot's headquarters (level -1) and speak to Lancelot there. The knight will instruct you to gather information from one of the wounded Tommies soldiers, who remained in Camelot after the earlier battle.

Go outside and head to the tent. Find Lieutenant Tingler. You will recognize him by his armor.

He will agree to help you if you organize appropriate medical assistance for him.

Go to the medical room (level -1) and talk to Kay. Follow her back to the tent full of wounded soldiers.

When healed, Tingler will reveal the location of the mail robot, which may hold a clue related to the spy's identity. Go to the place indicated on the map.

Find and destroy the robot. Keep in mind that it is quite durable and deals a lot of damage. Hence, approach this fight carefully.

Loot the robot to collect a letter from the spy. Now return to Lancelot, who is hanging out in the tavern.

How to force the spy to reveal his identity?

Tell Lancelot that the wanted spy likes to gamble. As part of a setup, Lancelot will challenge you to a duel in the arena.

Take part in the duel. You don't have to use melee weapons here.

After defeating the knight, look at who has stayed to bet on the fight. One of the gamblers will be a man named Jeff Mutt. When confronted with evidence, he will confess that he is indeed the Fifth Column spy. Once the conversation is finished and the case is resolved, the Knight of the Cart mission will end.
