Hijack the Truck

Before starting the mission, make sure you have a grenade launcher or a rocket launcher with you, which will make the task much easier. Talk to Amita on the arena (the stairs on the left lead to a balcony). Head to the ambush site.

When you can see the convoy, prepare your launcher.

Your task is to stop the convoy, but remember that you cannot destroy the truck. There are two jeeps in the convoy, filled with enemies and with MMGs on the back. You will use your launcher on them. As soon as you can see the vehicles, get rid of the first jeep, omit the truck and destroy the other one. Now, get inside the car to chase the truck (don't let it get too far from you). The driver will stop near a small enemy camp - shoot all the enemies and hijack the vehicle.

If you don't manage to hijack the truck sooner, you will just have to defeat a few enemies more.

You can make this part of the mission easier by blocking the road before the convoy appears. Place two cars across the road - one vehicle should be directed south, so you can use it in case the truck would go through the blockage somehow. If the truck stops, eliminate the driver and take the wheel. You can also eliminate him when he's still driving. No matter what method you use, try no to damage the truck too much.

Sabal's version

Walk around the bridge and, at the other side, find a hole In the fence- cross it and enter the truck.

If it is Sabal that is the current leader of the Golden Path, this part of the mission is a bit different. You are not going to need the grenade thrower here - the sniper rifle is going to be a better choice. Go to the marked bridge, over which there is the tank that you are looking for. It is being guarded by a dozen-or-so soldiers, who you can eliminate from the rock, which you climb next to the bridge. A better idea, though, is to pilfer the tank silently. To do that, enter the water and get out at the opposite bank of the river. Here, climb onto the rocks, using the hook, and face the tank. Through the hole in the green fence, you will approach the truck without being seen. Steal it and escape towards the bridge. If you chose the assault method, remember not to damage the truck too much.

Achieve the appropriate speed before reaching the obstacle so that you not get stuck.

When driving the truck, don't mind the enemy vehicles too much. If you drive fast enough, they will have no chance of destroying the tank. Just make sure that you have enough speed before driving at an obstacle.

Destroy the gate using the truck

From near the wall, you can safely destroy the truck.

Park the truck as close to the gate as you can (run over a few enemies before so that they wouldn't interrupt you). Get out of the vehicle and hide close to the wall so that the sniper couldn't see you. Destroy the truck using a grenade launcher or a rocket launcher.

Secure the area

Use the grenade launcher to eliminate the enemies quickly.

Now you have to eliminate all the enemies located near the bridge. Don't even think about crossing it - stay behind the wall as long as you can and use the hole in it to eliminate as many soldiers as you can. Try to shoot at the explosive barrels to destroy vehicles and kill enemies. After clearing out the area, send a message and prepare for defense.

Defeat Royal Guard

The last part of the mission is defending the bridge. The enemies will be coming from the place shown in the picture above. Try to destroy the vehicle with all the enemies. Watch out for two snipers and a heavy armored soldier with a flamethrower. After defeating all the enemies, you will be able to enter a new location.
