Far Cry 4: Lhumtse Barracks Outposts - Three alarms

Eliminating the two snipers should be your priority.

It is good to start capturing this outpost from the south. From a nearby rock, you will easily mark most of the enemies. If you have a sniper rifle, you can take down the two snipers - do it quickly so that one soldier doesn't see the body of the other one. Next, approach the corner of the small building, circle it and jump onto the roof (watch out for an armored soldier here). Then, sneak to the building on which the sniper was standing earlier, go inside through the window and go to the position of your dead enemy. It's quite risky, but from this place, you will be able to see all the enemies. Also, you will be difficult to notice. No matter what strategy you choose to follow (the rocks on the other side are also a good starting position), the most important thing is to eliminate the two snipers. When they're down, it will be much easier for you to move around the outpost.
