Far Cry 4: Confront Pagan
After completing the previous mission, you have to confront the main villain. Get in the car and head to a dinner with Pagan. After reaching the palace, go inside and open the door.
The ending depends on your decision. There are three options available: you can kill Pagan right away, shoot down his helicopter a bit later or not do anything and let him escape. No matter of what you choose to do, the last fortress - Rajgad Gulag will be weakened.
