Far Cry 4: Shanath Training Ground Outposts - Two alarms
This outpost is located in a small valley, so you can easily mark the opponents from above. Most of them are located in the place where the tigers are kept. One of the hunters is walking near the summerhouse (he is easy to kill without drawing attention). After killing the hunter, try to shoot the other one and set the tigers free. Grenades should also be helpful, as they may kill some of them enemies and open the cages. Leave the armored soldier for the end (unless the tigers already killed him). If you con, use takedown to get rid of him quickly, or simply use a grenade launcher.
