The enemies have no chance when you have a good sniping position. You can eliminate them quietly.
When capturing this outpost, it would be a shame not to use a sniper rifle (with a silencer of course). Climb the rocks and you will be able to see the whole outpost. From here, you will be practically invisible to the enemies. You will have no trouble marking the soldiers and three war dogs. Shoot out the opponents slowly and consequently and the outpost will be yours.
