Action games. Wide category of games that require reflex, accuracy and agility. It includes, among other things, shooters (e.g. Call of Duty and Battlefield series) and action-adventure games (Tomb Raider). First and third person perspective (FPP/TPP) is used. In most cases we are playing as a character who has to defeat some enemies and reach a specific point. We can use a wide range of weapons, including pistols, rocket launchers, swords, knives and like. Action-adventure is a particular category within action games genre. Such titles put less emphasis on action and combat, focusing more on story, exploration and puzzles.

Samurai Warriors 4

Samurai Warriors 4 is the next part of the TPP action game series dedicated to samurai, in which we play the role of authentic characters, taking part in historical events from the history of Japan. In the fourth installment of the cycle, the number of playable warriors was increased and the possibility of creating one's own protagonist was added. In addition, we can now take two heroes to the battlefield and switch between them while having fun.
Generation Zero

An FPP action game, set in an alternate Sweden in 1989, taken over by heavily armed machines. While Generation Zero features a single player mode, it was developed mostly for the co-op mode for up to 4 players.
Half-Life: Alyx

Another part of the Half-Life shooter series. This time we are dealing with a title dedicated to the VR sets, in which we control Alyx Vance, heroine known from the Half-Life 2. The production was developed by Valve Software.
Marvel's Iron Man

A TPP action adventure game in which we take on the role of the titular superhero. Marvel's Iron Man was developed by Electronic Arts-owned studio Motive, which previously delivered Dead Space (remake) and Star Wars: Squadrons, among other games.
Battlefield 7

The tenth main installment in a series of shooters by Electronic Arts, developed by EA DICE, led by Vince Zampella. Unlike Battlefield 2042, the new game features both multiplayer and a singleplayer campaign.

An online shooter from the Game-Labs studio. A Twisted Path to Renown transports us to the American Wild West during the year 1899. We can set off on expeditions, during which we either cooperate or compete with other players. The game features survival and MMO elements.
The First Descendant

Looter shooter TPP, in which we take on the role of the title's heroes fighting alien invaders. The First Descendant can be played solo, but in co-op the title spreads its wings. The game is distributed in a free-to-play model with micropayments.

A sandbox game developed by Build A Rocket Boy, a studio founded by Leslie Benzies - former president of Rockstar North. Everywhere can't be classified under a single genre, as it offers many different experiences.
Grounded

Grounded is a survival action game in which players take on the role of a teenagers, shrunk down to ant size, who are forced to fight for their survival in the garden of a house in the American suburbs. While playing, they collect raw materials, construct objects and buildings, and fight against aggressive animals.
Maneater

Action RPG game in which we play the role of a shark orphaned by its mother. In order to survive, the eponymous genocide has to fight for survival in the dangerous waters of the Gulf Coast, devouring everything that can be eaten and gradually growing in strength.
PUBG: Battlegrounds

An online shooter with elements of survival, focusing on a Battle Royale type of competition (the last man standing wins). Playerunkown’s Battlegrounds is a game from the developers of TERA MMO and the creator of Battle Royale mods for Arma II and Arma III. The rules of the game are simple: a large number of players are put together in a big closed location with only one mission – to eliminate everyone else. A game ends when there is only one player left alive.
Starbound

An exploration game that eludes standard genre classification, developed by independent studio Chucklefish. Starbound combines elements of a 2D sandbox platformer and a strategy game. As you play, you explore and colonize other planets, provide for their inhabitants, construct useful items and vehicles, as well as fight hostile aliens. The game is set in a procedurally generated world,providing a great amount of freedom to the players.
Mount & Blade: Warband - Napoleonic Wars

It is an improved version (supervised by the game's developers themselves) of a popular fan made modification Mount & Musket: Battalion, taking the players to the eventful time of Napoleonic wars. The title doesn’t feature a standard single player campaign, focusing only on multiplayer skirmishes, which have been greatly modified, when compared to the basic version of the game.

State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition features open world as well as full freedom of pursuing your goals. The game puts you up against such challenges as rescue missions or search missions.
God Eater 2: Rage Burst

An enhanced version of the second entry in the God Eater series from Bandai Namco Entertainment, unlike the original also available on PC and PlayStation 4. Aside from the old content, God Eater 2: Rage Burst offers many improvements, both in visuals and gameplay. We still receive a dynamic action game with RPG features, with its story taking place three years after the previous installment. We traverse the land as a nameless hero and eliminate large beasts.
Way of the Samurai 4

Another installment in the series of action games about the samurai. The series started in 2002 and has been developed ever since by the Japanese studio Acquire. The story in Way of the Samurai 4 is much more expanded in comparison to its predecessors. The game takes place in Japan in 1855 where an internal conflict takes place between the traditionalists and the advocates of technological development and cooperation with other countries.
Duke Nukem Forever

Each mode is different from the remaining ones. There aren’t many weapons available, but each one can be used in two ways.

In terms of mechanics, the game is a continuation of the line started in Rainbow Six: Lockdown, where meticulous tactical planning was abandoned in favor of more dynamic action.

The game is set in the sixteenth-century China, and the players assume the role of female assassin Shao Jun – a student of Ezio Auditore and the protagonist of the animated film Assassin's Creed: Embers.
