Building your own worlds is one of the mainstays of the game. They can be placed in a number of settings and conventions: from Wild West, through forests and farms, and up to medieval castles and arenas inspired by Feudal Japan. The player can modify the topography, as well as build objects and items.

The protagonist is a young alchemy adept, who returns home and tries to find her lost parents. The search leads her towards a dark secret, which threatens the whole kingdom. The gameplay in Lost Grimoires: Stolen Kingdom consists of solving various puzzles and finding various hidden objects.

An extended edition of Claire - a survival horror game released in 2014. In comparison to the original release, the new edition brings mainly improved audiovisuals. Once again, the development works were carried out by Hailstorm Games. The game still offers a two-dimensional environment and pixel-art graphics. However, the creators managed to implement both 3D objects and depth of field effects.

The main protagonist of the game is Miles Fordham - a private detective, who is trying to solve the mysterious murder of his former partner, who talks to him from beyond the grave.

We are thrown into various investigations, led by the titular agents in many different locations. We visit crime scenes, interrogate the witnesses, cataloguing and analyzing the evidence and clues we find.

Sonicomi was developed by Japanese company Nitroplus, specializing in visual novels. They are also known as the creators of e.g. Steins;Gate and Guilty Crown. The protagonist, Super Sonico, is the developer's mascot and has her own anime and comic book series, and appears on a multitude of gadgets.

The game cannot be easily assigned a genre, as we are given a mix of an adventure game and a visual novel.

Home is Where One Starts… tells a story of a teenage girl who leaves her home for school early in the morning, but misses her bus.

Players don’t control the painter himself, but his daughter – she learns that after the death of her father, the house now belongs to her.
