Strategy games. Victory depends here on player’s strategy and tactics. Main task is to control resources (e.g. troops, civil workers) in order to defeat an enemy or achieve some other goal. Praetorians is a tactical real-time strategy (RTS) prepared by the Pyro Studios development team specializing in this genre. The action of the game was set in Antiquity, and the player directs the actions of one of the three available nations - Romans, Gauls or Egyptians, trying to wisely manage military resources and use the skills of individual units and the combat equipment acquired during the game.
Homeworld 2

The sequel to the groundbreaking 1999 game from Relic Entertainment, which brought the popular real-time strategy genre into the third dimension. Homeworld 2 takes place 100 years after the events of the first game and describes the desperate struggle of the indigenous inhabitants of the planet Hiigara with the Vaygr warrior race, which many centuries ago led to their exile in the unknown regions of space.

Most of the in-game time is spent on giving orders to a small squads of mechs, performing all sorts of missions. Phantom Brigade’s campaign is very dynamic.
Kingdom Rush Origins
