Story-wise, the game is set on Earth, which was invaded by an alien civilization from an alternative, musical dimension. The invaders decided to modify sports they found here to match their own preferences - in order to do the testing, they challenged the Earth's best contestants.

The gameplay consists of answering questions regarding the other players, such as “Who would laugh at their teacher's lame joke?” From time to time you also have to fulfill random orders, take photos, and draw simple pictures.

As usual, the main characters are the virtual vocalists, Miku Hatsune being the most prominent. Their digital voices are generated by professional music software, which has been used by fans to create thousands of songs from many genres; several dozens of them make an appearance in the game.
DJMAX Respect V

A rhythm game developed for PlayStation 4. DJMAX Respect is a special annual installment of the DJMAX series which was started in 2004 by the Korean company Neowiz. Similarly to Guitar Hero or Rock Band, it uses a vertical board divided into several tracks where colorful bricks appear and move down towards the bottom. Each track is assigned a gamepad button which we have to press when a brick is in the corresponding field.

IA/VT Colorful allows players to cover the songs from various Japanese artists performed by vocaloid IA - a special application built from real voice samples that adds a virtual voice to music tracks. The game is focused on the multiplayer mode, which can include up to 4 players, who take on the roles of colorful board pieces and move around the board according to the results of the die rolls. That's how you travel through locations, trying to gather the eponymous stars and find new friends, such as Mario, Peach, and Donkey Kong.
