The first large expansion pack to The Crew, a car racing game developed by Ivory Tower. The title invites you to the so-called Summit - the gathering place for all racing enthusiasts. The game offers several different types of challenges and races (e.g. drag racing or Monster Truck competitions), and each of them is set in unique locations (e.g. the famous Bonneville Salt Flats or Yosemite Valley). The challenges that await you in Wild Run can be tackled with the cars that appeared in the base game, but there are lots of new vehicles as well, including high-performance motorcycles, incredibly fast dragsters, huge Monster Trucks, and drift cars. Moreover, some enhancements were made to the game’s visual side.

An interactive adaptation of a popular gamebook, Sorcery! The Shamunatai Hills, created by Steve Jackson in 1983. Its story takes place in a fantasy world known as Titan and revolves around an artifact called The Crown of Kings, which gives its wearer supernatural powers. When the crown gets stolen by an evil archmage, who uses its power to subdue wild tribes and attack nearby countries, a lone warrior takes it upon himself to retrieve the artifact. In terms of game mechanics, the title isn’t a simple adaptation of original rule set, offering more freedom and new options. We explore the lands, develop the skills of our character, and make many decisions that affect plot developments. The most noteworthy feature is a unique battle system that requires us to move our characters on-screen to attack or dodge.

A spin-off to the space strategy series Starpoint Gemini, developed by creators from Little Green Man studio. The ideas for the game were based on players’ feedback gathered during Steam Early Stage. The action of Starpoint Gemini Warlords takes place in the same universe as the former titles of the series, and concentrates on rivalry between the ruling Empire and the resistance calling themselves the Gemini League. Gameplay is very similar to that in the title’s former parts. You assume the role of a space ship captain who tries to survive in the world ravaged by conflicts by trading in resources, hunting down various criminals, and fighting space pirates. The game features a universe almost eight times bigger, where the players can create and develop their space bases. It is worth mentioning that this installment introduces a more diverse world and space ship kinds, more upgrades and weapons, and an option of conquering another territories.

Quick reactions are crucial for getting through the game. Three-dimensional visuals of Toro are rather poor, due to it being a low budget project.

In the game we can play the role of one of the four playable characters, each of which has different skills at their disposal; the skills can also be upgraded by means of special runes. The heroes can choose from a sizeable arsenal of around 40 weapon types, which are differentiated not only by their unique names but also their usage (e.g. the ability to use vomiting or chopped off heads of enemies).
