A free-to-play MMORPG fantasy game featuring micro-transactions. The fantastic setting of Titan Siege combines the elements taken from Norse, Greek, and Egyptian mythologies. The players assume the roles of heroes, who defend humanity from Titan factions waging war against one another. The journey begins with the character creation – the player can choose sex, appearance and combat stats of his protagonist. The gameplay builds on open world exploration, completing quests assigned by NPCs, fighting encountered foes (including huge bosses), and developing the main protagonist’s skills – all this in the typical MMORPG way. During the game, the players also acquire new items, enchanted scrolls, and pieces of armor, which aid their characters in battle. Traveling through the vast locations can be sped up by obtaining a steed. Both pets and friendly players can help us in battles. On the other hand, however, some players can also challenge us to a duel – the winner gets the equipment of the fallen hero.

A flight simulation game from the developers of such titles as Euro Fishing and Train Simulator 2017. Like in other games from Dovetail Games studio, Flight Sim World tries to simulate real life as closely as possible. In addition to advanced physics the developers took care of details that make each vehicle different in how they are handled; another thing that influences it are changing weather conditions. The cockpits of all machines are recreated with even the smallest details and are fully interactive. This means that all buttons and levers are used for something and using them requires prudence and knowledge. In Flight Sim World we can fly in Free Flight mode or together with other people. The game also has an editor that allows us to create our own missions. Flight Sim World uses advanced modeling and rendering technologies, enabling the game to offer good graphics and recreate planes with the smallest details – both outside and inside.

An old-school action game developed by one man from the Japanese developer team Skeleton Crew Studio. BackSlash is a beat'em up game, in which the players observe the action from a side perspective. The gameplay builds on battles taking place in special 2D arenas. The player assumes the role of a warrior who represents one of the ten available combat styles that differ from one another in terms of special abilities and weapons used. When in battle, one can use his bare fists, cold steel (e.g. swords and katanas), ranged weapons (e.g. shuriken throwing stars, throwing knives), and a wide range of both offensive and defensive spells. The key to success lies in swift dodging and blocking enemy blows, as well as mounting counterattacks. Additionally, the battlefields can be demolished, which opens new strategic opportunities to the players. The gameplay becomes gradually more dynamic - the longer one plays the game, the faster his character moves.

A mobile RPG with turn-based combat system, developed by an in-house studio of Square Enix. Guardian Codex takes place in the year 2030. The planet was split by a conflict between the Empire and the Resistance. When the second faction is pushed to defense, it decides to use a different tactic and sends their agents to the titular Codex, a virtual version of old times. The player that assumes the role of one of such agents is tasked with finding the legendary creatures known as Guardians and taking them to real world where they can be used against the Empire. The mechanics of the game are typical for classic Japanese RPGs in which the player is exploring, completing quests, speaking with other characters and fighting the enemies in a turn-based system. The combat is important since defeating the Guardians enables the player to make them join his party and the gameplay is focused mostly on collecting and developing them.

An action platformer game with roguelike and metroidvania elements, developed by the indie studio Hikergames. To defeat evil, our protagonist has to uncover the secrets of the family home and discover some facts about his own past. The action of the game is presented from a side-view camera angle, and the gameplay revolves around several core segments. The most important of said segments is the exploration of procedurally generated locations, which can prove quite challenging due to various dangers and puzzles, which have been integrated into the environment. Over 300 unique enemies will stand in the way of our protagonist, including several powerful bosses, that will require us to devise the appropriate strategy to defeat them. All of the above is further diversified by a crafting system, as well as character development, which allows our hero to gain new, useful abilities on his adventures.

Strategy, 2D, Singleplayer, Top-down.
An unusual real-time strategy game developed by independent studio Uncle Cracker. The action in the game is presented from a top-down perspective. What makes Particle Fleet: Emergence different from other titles is the fact that the enemies have a form of a mass created from hundreds of particles flooding the screen. Their actions are controlled by an advanced physics engine which ensures that the particles correctly envelope the encountered objects. It also maintains the behavior of the group when it is attacked by the player. The key to success is to develop the correct strategy and observe the activity of the unusual opponents. Different species of hostiles are vulnerable to different attacks and the player must select the correct weapons against his foes. The battles are fought with spaceships equipped with cannons, rocket launchers and laser cannons. The ships can be customized. The game has a random mission generator and editors that enables the player to create their own missions and unique ships.

Most importantly, Blitzkrieg introduces new units for Germans (Panzer III and IV tanks as well as planes - Bf109, Fw190, and other weapons, such as the 88mm anti-aircraft cannon) and Allies (Matilda and Char B1 tanks, the legendary Spitfire fighter plane, as well as armored trains). Furthermore, the expansion includes a story campaign based on historical events - it comprises 12 scenarios in total. Among the novelties, one will find a system of specializations that for instance, allows the player to familiarize their tank drivers with the Auftragstaktik doctrine or create Waffen SS divisions. Particular units gain experience on the battlefield and can be transferred both between separate scenarios and entire campaigns. The expansion pack doesn’t introduce any revolutionary changes to the gameplay mechanics – instead, it is based on well-received solutions. The developers created seven new areas to conquer, a set of additional missions, eight new raids and completely new types of enemies and pieces of equipment that can be collected. Gameplay of Deckstorm: Duel of Guardian focuses on dueling with cards representing characters, spells and items. As usual, completing a deck the fits our play style is highly important. Despite its complex mechanics, gameplay is very fast-paced, mainly due to lack of turns, as all players act at the same time. This results in short, but intensive matches, as players must predict opponent’s plays rather than counter them. Additionally, the game offers an extensive card development system inspired by RPG titles. Unsurprisingly, single player campaign acts as prologue to multiplayer experience.

A unique jRPG by Syupro-DX and Nippon Ichi Software. In The Longest Five Minutes you play as a warrior who's trying to regain his lost memories. The game starts in an unusual way — it begins with the final boss fight. The protagonist, however, can remember neither happened on the way to the dark lord's dwelling nor how to defeat the enemy. Conversations with his companions and the dark lord's taunts revive his memories in the form of flashbacks, during which you explore varied environments, talk to NPCs, and complete main story quests as well as side quests. During the game, your party participates in many turn-based battles. The Longest Five Minutes features colorful pixel-art visuals, based on the classic jRPGs.

An action war game developed by Atypical Games. The title has similar style to the mobile version of World of Tanks. During the game the player takes control of one of the tanks used in a futuristic conflict. The game can be played in single player and multiplayer modes. The gameplay mostly consists of traveling through locations and attacking everything that moves and isn’t part of the player’s team. The main advantage of Infinite Tanks is an advanced system of tank customization that allows for changing various parts of the machines – engines, bodies, cannons. There are more than 30 million combinations available. The game has attractive, fully three-dimensional graphics with large maps and partially destructible environment.
