Dragon Road is the main game mode and the plot was inspired by the animated movie Fusion Reborn - the player has to face the evil Janemba. Furthermore, the game offers the Survival Mode, which requires the player to last in fight against several opponents; or Time Attack - here, one has to deal with the adversaries within a specified period of time. Dragon Ball Z: Shin Budokai features 18 characters from the animated series, such as Goku, Vegeta or Trunks.
