A rail shooter developed by Tabasco Interactive, a Polish dev studio. The player assumes the role of John, a pilot of the Federation woken from a thousand-year cryogenic sleep initiated by an artificial intelligence called Ellie during a great war against the Rebels. His task is not only to discover how the conflict ended but also to defend humanity from a new threat. At the core of Star Horizon are grand-scale space battles in which we participate sitting at the helm of a fighter. Our task is to aim at hostiles and make evasive maneuvers to avoid collision with enemy projectiles and elements of the environment. We can also replace ship parts and mount more powerful armaments. The course of the campaign is shaped by our decisions to a large extent – the game puts great emphasis on story and developing friendship between John and Ellie, while we can side with either the Federation or the Rebels.

A distinct feature of Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden is the tactical advantage that players can get by using the shape and structure of the arenas. All of this is presented in high-quality visuals, which take a lot after the legendary anime series.

In Seclusion: Islesbury, one assumes the role of detective Jason Endel, who handles the investigation on a mysterious murder. The game takes place in the titular city of Islesbury, which long ago has fallen into ruin and become deserted due to mass riots. The main protagonist attempts to solve an unclosed investigation from a decade before. However, his stay in Islesbury is unexpectedly turned into a nightmare. The gameplay builds on mechanics that are typical for point-and-click adventure games. A player observes the action from the first-person perspective and gets to explore dark locations both in the city and in the nearby woods. During the game, one is bound to spend a considerable amount of time on solving numerous logic puzzles that require the player to think on his feet and connect facts or combine certain items. As the story develops, Jason discovers the truth from the past. Seclusion: Islesbury has been clearly inspired by the works of the famous horror writer - H.P. Lovecraft. The grim story is well complemented by the dark atmosphere of the locations.

An online RPG with numerous strategic elements, created by ArtCraft, a studio comprising some seasoned developers. In Crowfall: Throne War the player creates his own character, who then sets off on numerous campaigns taking place across many peculiar realms. After some time, each of these worlds is irreversibly annihilated forcing our protagonist to search for the necessary resources and glory in other universes. The hero the players get to control can represent different races, classes, and factions, each one featuring a unique set of skills, which gives the players much freedom during the character creation process. The battle for domination over particular worlds can take from one up to three months, during which the players compete for resources and rare pieces of equipment. Everything the players salvage can be later used in special zones under their rule. After a world is destroyed, our protagonist has to set off on another campaign, which might be governed by completely different rules.

A futuristic first-person shooter, in which the player gets to explore an uncharted planet and has to fight robots as well as artificial intelligence. Throughout fifteen chapters, one has to face ten types of adversaries, including powerful bosses. To eliminate all the enemies, the player can use five kinds of weapons, e.g. a futuristic chainsaw, a shotgun, or a rocket launcher. Combat takes place in relatively small and closed locations, as well as in open areas. In the latter case, the player often gets to control a large space tanks. In terms of mechanics, SickBrick draws its inspirations from classic games representing the FPS genre, such as the first installment in the Quake series. The game offers only a single player mode, in which the player can use the map editor in order to design his own locations as well as modify the already existing ones.

The fourth expansion to a first-person survival horror - Alien: Isolation, developed by Creative Assembly. Like the previous expansion to the game (Safe Heaven), the Lost Contact DLC is a variation of the game’s Survivor Mode. However, in this particular DLC, the player returns to the Sebastopol space station and assumes the role of Axel. Gameplay mechanics build on the exploration of a new map, which now includes private Lorenz quarters and the station’s backup power generator area. The mission introduced by Lost Contact is divided into 10 challenges and features significantly higher difficulty level resulting from the fact that this time around the players have to fight off enemy waves of androids, humans and the Alien itself. In comparison the previous Alien: Isolation expansions, Lost Contact significantly stands out - during the mission, players have a lot of ground to cover. Moreover, should one fall in battle, he has to start all over, since he failed to complete the task he was assigned with. What makes it all slightly easier is the ability to construct useful items - this includes some new weapons such as a revolver or a crossbow. For completing this new mission, a player is rewarded with various items and perks.

This allows us to transfer objects drawn by hand on a sheet of paper to the game, which is done by scanning with a smartphone or tablet camera, letting the players add anything they want and then place the Adventure Time’s heroes there and live a unique adventure. Additionally, the editor features more traditional options, and the players can share their creations with others.

If we play as a celebrity, we win if our status is higher than the price the paparazzo would ger for our picture. Same goes for playing as a paparazzo - we win if the price for our picture is higher than the celebrity's status.

A sports game with a minimalist style, inspired by the arcade 8-bit games. The game is marked by an unusual production process – the final form of the game has been developed thanks to the suggestions from the fans, who unceasingly provided the developers from Other Ocean with their ideas, while the developers have brought them into existence. The game puts a strong emphasis on the multiplayer experience. Players compete against each other in an arena, and they are tasked with putting the ball in the opponent’s goal. The gameplay somewhat resembles a futuristic crossover of basketball, soccer, and BomberMan. The players can face each other in two configurations – 1 vs 1, and 4 vs 4. Most importantly, the ‘no holds barred’ rule applies during the game, which means nothing is standing on one’s way to knock the opponent down, blow up a considerable part of the arena, or use a jetpack. The whole situation gets even more complicated by the fact that each goal is scored on a scale from 1 to 5, depending on the shooting position and the number of acquired multipliers. The game works with Twitch, allowing the players to stream their matches, during which the audience can influence the result of the game, e.g. by activating certain power-ups. #IDARB also features an editing tool for any new pieces of content.

An unusual sports game, in which two teams play a game resembling volleyball; the difference being that instead of their hands they are using pistols, rifles, and shotguns to launch the ball over the net. Matches are played on small maps characterized by their futuristic stylistics. The game primarily focuses on the player’s skills and sharp eye. Gunsport takes place in the city of Neo Tokyo. The city features gloomy cyberpunk stylistics. This impression is deepened by the game’s pixel art graphics. Matches are played in either 2 vs. 2 or 1 vs. 1 mode. The player’s job is to flip the angular ball into the opponent's half of the field by shooting it with firearms. The number of shots you can fire is limited, which forces you to think tactically. In the case of 2 vs. 2 matches, each team consists of an attacker and a defender, and the latter cannot move from their place. The more times you send the ball over the net, the more points is rewarded for winning the action. Gunsport can be played either solo or with other players.

He has to figure out what caused the crash of his and many other ships on the surface of an unknown planet and find a way to escape the peril. Gameplay in Morningstar: Descent to Deadrock uses the same mechanics as many point-and-click adventure games. We will be exploring more and more locations, solving various riddles, looking for useful items and figuring out how to make a good use of them. In comparison to its flash precursor, the game has a more complex plot, more locations, and more riddles. The new version also has much better visuals and high definition cut-scenes. Morningstar: Descent to Deadrock is fully voiced and comes with a remastered OST.

An isometric shooter that takes place in a world plagued by a zombie apocalypse. The game was developed by a Japanese studio G-Style. The title enables the player to take control of survivors who are fighting the undead hordes. The encounters with the zombies are very emotional – the locations aren’t large and each corner is filled with animated corpses. In addition to that, the player can encounter stronger enemies that are able to kill him in a matter of moments. From time to time the player must face bosses as well. Among the available weapons there are pistols, rifles, shotguns, a rocket launcher and some melee weapons – including a samurai sword and a chainsaw. The equipment and character statistics can be upgraded. The main game mode is a campaign, split into three scenarios. The stories available in Undead Storm Nightmare can be played alone or with up to three other players via a local cooperation mode.

Before we are done with that, we will also have to take moral choices that will shape the story and its finale. Sons of Anarchy: The Prospect uses three-dimensional visuals with cel-shading technology. Warning: the mobile port of the game has been put on hold.

As the title suggests, the expansion takes us to the age of discoveries, although it presents the events of the period from a quite different perspective. This is because the gameplay is focused on the Central and Southern America of the turn of the 15th and 16th century, when a bloody struggle between the Spanish colonizers and local Aztec tribes took place; Europa Universalis IV: El Dorado lets us side with either. As the Spanish, we try to become as rich as possible by conquering the Aztec “golden cities” and other uncharted corners of the new world. Playing as Aztects, we have to ensure our lands’ security and do whatever we can to make the Europeans go home empty-handed. The Nation Designer tool, which provides us with previously unavailable customization options, is an integral part of the expansion.

You start out on a tiny island with a small supply of materials, but as the game progresses, you unlock more resources and various other islands. At the same time, you have to manage trade, diplomacy, and safety of your colony. The mechanics are based on those from the PC and console installments in the series, although they were simplified and adapted for mobile devices and the freemium business model. The visuals of the production resemble those of the web-based Anno games and The Settlers.

A unique action-adventure game, whose main theme is climbing. The title was developed by Ubisoft Reflections, the studio known for such productions as The Crew, the Driver series, or the classic Destruction Derby. You play as a robot named BUD, whose job is to traverse the galaxy in search for new plant species. During one of his journeys he arrives to a region consisting of multiple floating islands. Fortunately, a fast-growing plant helps him get around this fragmented world. The protagonist can affect the direction of the plant’s growth in order to make bridges across the islands. Gameplay is based on an elaborate climbing system, which lets you control each of the hero’s limbs separately, therefore he can grab almost any element of environment. The game sports fully 3D graphics with simple, yet attractive artwork full of bright pastel colors.
