WarCraft: Orcs and Humans is an RTS set in a fantasy universe, and the debut game from Blizzard Entertainment (an American studio, previously going by the name Silicon & Synapse). The events of WarCraft: Orcs and Humans take place in a fantasy land of Azeroth, where the conflict between humans and orcs takes place. The players choose their side and attempt to conquer the other. Mechanics-wise, the game is somewhat reminiscent of Dune II by Westwood Studios, although here, the gameplay was supplemented with a number of new solutions. The main task of the player is to gather resources, develop the base, and produce new units to fight the enemy. For each side there are 12 missions, featuring some adventure elements, where, apart from defending their base and trying to destroy the enemies, the players will also have, for example, to level an enemy city, or go into the underworld to bring back fallen comrades.

In the game we play the agent FBI Nicole, who tries to catch a serial murderer in New York. The game consists of several dozen logical mini-games in which we look for evidence, conduct interviews and explore clues. All this was presented in nice, hand-drawn graphics.

The game takes the players to the depths of the ocean, where they take control of a submarine and explore a vast world, fight numerous opponents (including other players in the PvP mode), and complete numerous assignments. One begins their journey by choosing one of the three feuding factions - one's decision determines not only the appearance of their character but also the type of the ship they get to control throughout the entire adventure. In Deepolis, the player is tasked with surviving in the most dangerous territories of the in-game world. The player can do this by leveling-up, developing their character, acquiring new vessels, and special upgrades, such as more efficient turbines, better armor and various weapons (featuring torpedoes, mines, depth charges, sonic guns, and lures). Deepolis delivers decent audiovisuals. Moreover, the player is bound to appreciate the simple, yet intuitive interface.

The plot of Might and Magic Book One revolves around solving the mystery of a holy site called the Inner Sanctum. The action is set in the land of VARN which we traverse with a party of six heroes that complete various quests and fight all sorts of monsters. In our journey, we meet a man name Corak and take part in his crusade against Sheltem, a villain who impersonates a king. Party members can belong to one of six classes and five races, while the character development system brings the solutions of Dungeons & Dragons to mind. Combat is turn-based which allows us to calmly plan our strategy for every battle. Compared to the competition, the game offers a vast, open world, while the graphics catch the eye with a larger amount of colors and details.
