Hyakki Castle is a role-playing game developed by Japanese studio Asakusa. The developers were inspired by the rich folklore and history of their country. The game takes place during the Edo period and revolves around a wizard sent to a stronghold that serves as a prison for the enemies of the shogunate. Somehow he manages to free himself and take control of the whole building. The player controls a four-person group of warriors sent to stop the mage.

Ion Fury

Developed by Voidpoint and published by 3D Realms, Ion Maiden is a sci-fi FPS game. The player is taken to the future and assumes the role of a female mercenary known as Bombshell - her goal is to save humanity from an invasion of aliens. Although the game utilizes the Build engine from Duke Nukem 3D, the creators modernized it to a significant degree. Mechanics were also improved - the formula of said classic title laid the groundwork, though it got adequately expanded.

At the core of gameplay lies asymmetrical multiplayer designed for up to 6 players. In Last Year five players play as typical American teenagers, while the sixth assumes the role of a psychopath, hunting down the rest. In the game each hero has a particular role to play, and the key to success is proper cooperation and using each character’s strengths.
The Terminator: SkyNET

The plot of the game continues the threads started in The Terminator: Future Shock, and while having fun we again stand on the side of the resistance movement, trying to destroy the criminal artificial intelligence of Skynet, which with the use of nuclear weapons intends to blast humanity from the surface of the Earth.

The Unspoken was created by Insomniac Games, the creators of Sunset Overdrive, Fuse, and the Ratchet & Clank series, among other things. The Unspoken is set in a world that bears resemblance to the present with the only difference being that magic exists, and it's incredibly spectacular. The players assume the role of mages who fight each other in one on one fights organized by an ancient order.

Nevertheless, Squad stayed true to the original concept, focusing mainly on online gameplay, and was designed to be something between an action-packed first-person shooter and a hardcore military simulation.
