Action 29 October 2013

The fourth major installment in a bestselling TPP action-adventure game series. The game was developed by Ubisoft Montreal in cooperation with other Ubisoft’s inner studios. The main story in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is set in 18th century. You meet a pirate captain Edward Kenway (the grandfather of Connor Kenway from Assassin's Creed III), who gets entangled in the age-long conflict between The Brotherhood of Assassins and the Order of Templars.

A third installment in the science fiction series created by BioWare, which is a combination of action RPG with a third-person shooter. The title is the culmination of the epic Mass Effect trilogy, completing the story of Commander Shepard and his war against the Reapers. The action begins as the protagonist is about to be summoned to a hearing concerning the aftermath of his last assignment. Shepard's testimony is interrupted by the very same invasion he desperately fought to prevent.

The third major entry in the action adventure game series, Assassin Creed. Assassin Creed III has been created by Ubisoft Montreal in cooperation with its subsidiaries. It continues the story of the conflict between the Assassin Brotherhood and the Templar Order. Most of events take place during the American War of Independence (1753-1783). The main character – Connor Kenway – is, once again, an ancestor of Desmond Miles. The half-blood Indian vows to fight tyranny and seek justice.

RPG canceled

The fourth part of the hugely popular action RPG game series in a space-opera setting. BioWare Montreal, the development studio that helped create the two previous installments took the reins of Mass Effect: Andromeda's development. The game's story is not associated with the trilogy about Commander Shepard's fight against the Reapers, offering instead a completely separate plot featuring new characters and locations.

A third person perspective (TPP) action game developed by Ubisoft company’s subsidiaries led by Ubisoft Montreal. Watch_Dogs is set in the near future in Chicago, one of many American metropolitan areas, whose infrastructure is managed by the Central Operating System (CtOS). The game’s protagonist is Aiden Pearce, a talented hacker able to hack almost every electronic device and use it to provoke a specific reaction or influence other people’s behavior.

The third installment in a series of cyberpunk action games with RPG elements. The franchise was launched in the year 2000 by Ion Storm, led at the time by Warren Spector. The reactivation of the series was made possible by the Eidos Montreal studio. Story-wise, the game is a prequel to the original series, taking us back to the year 2027, when Sarif Industies only begins to explore the possibilities of biomechanical augmentation of the human body.

Another entry in the bestselling adventure game series, combining popular LEGO franchise with the classic universe of Star Wars. Its plot is largely based on the seventh part of the galactic saga, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and tells the story of completely new characters, though some familiar and iconic faces from previous movies appear in the background. There are also many exclusive plotlines that fill in the story gaps between Return of the Jedi and the latest movie in the series.

Aliens: Colonial Marines is a first-person shooter based on the Alien franchise and developed by Gearbox Software. The game's story focuses on finding Ellen Ripley. Our protagonist, Christopher Winter, Colonial Marines corporal, is a member of the rescue mission that, as a result of a disaster, lands on the xenomorph-infected planet LV-426. The eleven-mission campaign can be played alone or in co-op with other players.

A turn-based strategy game, a computer version of the popular Games Workshop board game, set in the Warhammer universe of 40,000. In this game we lead a unit of space marines from the Legion of Blood Angels, who have to explore the wreck of the giant ship Sin of Destruction, where the presence of a biological race of genocrades has been found.

A 2D action game inspired by the classic shooters for Commodore 64 and Amiga computers, such as Flashback or Another World. The hero of Exile’s End investigates a space colony to find out why it has lost contact with Earth. He soon finds out that his employers have been conducting some shady experiments. Gameplay wise, Exile’s End is a mix of platformer and action game. We explore the planet’s surface and fend off enemies with various weapons, with a boss waiting at the end of each level.

RPG canceled

A retro-style action RPG that takes inspiration from 8- and 16-bit console titles. Hyper Light Drifter is set in a fantasy world with some science-fiction elements. Player becomes one of the Drifters - the seekers of forgotten technology. He embarks on a journey to dangerous land in order to find a cure for his deadly disease. The gameplay in Hyper Light Drifter is based mainly on exploration and dynamic combat, featuring many tactical options.

RPG canceled

A science-fiction roguelike RPG with tower defense elements, developed by the independent studio Amplitude. The players take on the role of prisoners sent to the planet of Auriga to atone for their crimes. The ship ends up crashing, with the survivors ending up in an ancient underground complex they must escape.

Three-dimensional slot machine shooter using the advanced features of the Wii U GamePad controller. We control a microscopic ship and eliminate deadly viruses that threaten mankind as a whole. We manage the energy cannon settings, buy upgrades and fight powerful bosses on their own or in cooperation mode for two players.

Racing 10 December 2015

A futuristic racing game developed by Shin’en Multimedia. It is a sequel to FAST Racing League, which was released on Nintendo Wii and referenced the iconic F-Zero series from the 90s. The game takes place during 22nd century in which technology made it possible to organize spectacular races of anti-gravity vehicles. The new discipline quickly became a worldwide phenomenon transmitted by television and watched by millions of people all over the world.

Set in the reality of science fiction platformer developed by Over the Moon studio. The Fall was inspired by classic adventure and platform titles and the prose of Russian SF writer Isaac Asimov. The game takes place on a distant planet, where an injured spaceship pilot finds himself. Playing in his spacesuit artificial intelligence, called ARID, we have to save his life and help to survive in a strange and dangerous environment.

Another installment in the series of third-person perspective shooters set in a SF universe, popular among Nintendo consoles users. The title was co-developed by Nintendo and Platinum Games, an acknowledged developer from Japan, led by Shigeru Miyamoto. The plot of Star Fox Zero tells a story of four friends – Fox, Falco, Peppy, and Slippy, who have to save the Lylat system from dangerous enemies.

A strategy tower defense game and a spin-off to the popular series of TPP shooters that were available on many Nintendo consoles. The main character of Star Fox Guard is Grippy Toad (uncle of Slippy Toad, one of the series' main protagonists) whose job it is to mine rare minerals. Various enemies are trying to interrupt him and the player is tasked with stopping them.

Ghost Blade HD is a shoot'em up game developed by indie devs from Hucast Games. We take on the role of the Earth Defense Force's best pilot whose job is to defeat Shira, a rogue A.I. that was installed on an abandoned space station located on the outer rim of the Solar System. In Ghost Blade HD we control one of the three superbly armed combat space ships. Gameplay focuses on eliminating hordes of enemies and gigantic bosses.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - Master Trials is the first expansion for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild that was developed by Nintendo. It is a typical game expansion that does not introduce any major changes to gameplay mechanics. Nintendo focused on adding new content to the game and, by doing so, expanding our adventures in Hyrule. The biggest introduction that comes with the expansion is the new adventure called Trials of the Sword.

A puzzle game in which we play the role of a spacecraft passenger. After the ship has collided with an unidentified object, the protagonist's primary task is to restore power and repair life support systems by means of two remote-controlled robots observed by an obsolete terminal.

The second expansion for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This time, the players get a chance to meet the four titular Hyrule Champions. Apart from the new storyline, this add-on introduces another dungeon as well as a new weapon and pieces of gear for both Link and his mount. Another novelty in this DLC is the new means of transport, namely the Master Cycle Zero motorcycle.

An indie game by an experienced developer, who has worked on such productions as End of Nations, Tiger Woods, and NFL Street. In Axiom Verge you play as a man called Trace, who dies and is reborn in a fantasy world, where futuristic and archaic technologies blend. Trace quickly asserts that the new environment and the beings inhabiting it are trying to kill him. The protagonist explores locations filled with traps and enemies as he runs, jumps, and shoots with a gun.

Racing canceled

A racing game taking place in a futuristic world. The players control lightning-fast, cutting-edge vehicles. The title is the first multi-platform project from VD-dev, a seasoned French studio, known for games for Nintendo portable consoles. RISE: Race The Future employs a driving model inspired by the classic Sega Rally series, highly arcade in nature, and focuses on mastering drift techniques.

A 2.5D platform game developed by a Dutch studio - Jaywalkers Interactive. The game tells the story of a friendship between a boy named Kick and a flying robot - Fennick. Their adventures are presented in a typical platform convention, with only one exception - the game stands out from other platformers with its main protagonist moving over the obstacles using an enormous gun he found in the abandoned metropolis.
