Cosmetics for Julie from Julie's Gearworks

1. Hawaiian Cosmetics may be mentioned by, e.g. Julie, the girl who runs Julie's Gearworks. Meet her in Hawaii when playing as Kasuga.
2. Select the Chat option when talking to Julie. You can bring her various gifts, although some of the conversations will only be unlocked after the workshop has been fully developed to level 4. Julie will eventually mention that she is looking for the cosmetics.

Cosmetics for Chitose (Poundmates) from Oahu Burger

1. Another friendly character who may mention Hawaiian Cosmetics is bodybuilder Chitose, who is associated with the Poundmates mechanic (summoning characters to the battlefield).
2. Chitose is at Oahu Burger - a restaurant in the southeastern part of Honolulu. You can talk to her (Chat), but the full set of conversation topics will be unlocked only after you level up Poundmates (spend cash on summons). Chitose will eventually mention that she could use some cosmetics.
